You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

Unbroken, unscratched, and unused
Complete with original tags attached
In its original packaging

🛠️ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized items
Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

We'll notify you if your refund is approved
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days
