🚚 Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once it’s on its way!

How long does delivery take?
Shipping times vary by location but usually range from 5–15 business days depending on the product origin.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we focus on domestic shipping. Stay tuned — global expansion is part of our roadmap!


🔁 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

How do I start a return?
Email us at customer.services@kiddocastle.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you step-by-step.

Are there any return fees?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and other major payment providers via our secure checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible at customer.services@kiddocastle.com.

Why was my payment declined?
Double-check your card details, billing address, or try a different payment method. Still stuck? Reach out to us!


👧 Products & Stock

How do I know if a product is in stock?
Product pages will indicate if an item is “in stock” or “sold out.” If sold out, feel free to join the waitlist!

Are your toys safe for children?
Yes! We only partner with suppliers who meet international safety standards. Each toy is kid-tested and parent-approved.


🎁 Gifting & Discounts

Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Absolutely! Just enter their shipping details at checkout. We don’t include pricing in our packages.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Currently, we don’t offer gift wrapping, but we’re working on adding it soon!
